OIC will keep supporting Kashmiris demand for plebiscite on Kashmir issue
JEDDAH (Saudi Arabia) : The Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC ) will use all options to stop Indian brutalities in held Kashmir and to get implemented the United Nations Security Council resolutions on Kashmir . The OIC secretary general , Hussain Ibrahim Taha , made these assertions during a meeting with a representative delegation of Kashmir Committee Jeddah and Jammu and Kashmir Community Overseas here.
The delegation of Kashmir Committee Jeddah and Jammu and Kashmir Community Overseas comprised of Kashmir Committee Jeddah chairman , Masood Ahmad Pori, chairman Jammu and Kashmir Community Overseas , Khurshid Mitial , vice chairman , Sardar Waqas Anayat , Jan Gulzar Raja Riaz and Sardar Mohammad Iqbal .
The delegation briefed the OIC secretary general on the situation of human rights and brutalities being inflicted on innocent Kashmiris for demanding the right to self determination to decide their future.
The delegation in its meeting with OIC said it was a responsibility of the international community to force India to allow Kashmiris to use their right of self determination. The delegation added that OIC should come up with a strong policy to force India to resolve the Kashmir issue in line with the UN resolutions.
OIC secretary general assured the delegation that OIC will play its role to stop use of force against innocent Kashmiris in held Kashmir and stop killing of innocent Kashmiris in held Kashmir.
