Pakistan identify tripartite nexus behind terrorism

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Tuesday said a tripartite nexus comprising Israel, India and Afghanistan, was behind terrorism in the country.

Interior minister, Shaikh Rashid Ahmad, had a press briefing to explain as to how the nexus of three countries ( Isreal, India and Afghanistan ) was targetting Pakistan for terrorism.

He said ” Pakistan was facing the worst kind of terrorism planned and executed by the tripartite nexus.

The Interior minister claimed that from Dasu dam bus blast to Sarena Hotel bombing in Quetta was organised and executed by this nexus.

Shaikh Rashid Ahmad said Afghanistan was acting as an executor whereas two other partners to the nexus ( India and Isreal) were planning terrorist activites in Pakistan to destablise it.

The Interior minister said some international players were conspiring against China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the recent spike in terrorist activities was part of the same conspiracy.

Shaikh Rashid Ahmad added that Pakistan has undeniable proof of Indian involvement in terrorist activities being carried out in Pakistan.

He deplored that the opposition was not aware of gravity of the sutuation that may emerged in Pakistan in next six months due to the new wave of terrorism.

Shaikh Rashid Ahmad told a questioner that Pakistan has completed inquiry into Dasu dam bus blast case and it may be released to the media subject to China’s nod.

He said Pakistan had given full detail of Afghan ambassador’s daughter’s case to Afghan fact -finding mission.

On the issue of Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan, Shaikh Rashid Ahmad said the Pakistan Muslim League Supremo has two options..either seek asylum in UK or go into appeal against the court’s decision of that country.

Information minister, Fawad Hussain Chaudhary , also said Afghan soil was being used against Pakistan.
