Islamabad : Pakistan on Friday downed two drones near Rawalpindi launched by Afghan regime . Afghan regime had claimed that its two drones hit their targets in Rawalpindi , Islamabad.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting ( MoIB) here said in a message shared on X . Pakistan intercepted two drones launched by Afghan regime , which it terms as Master proxy of India and Fitna ul Khawarij, were intercepted by the security forces electronically and put down close to Rawalpindi. The MoIB added in its statement that no damage was caused in any area in Rawalpindi / Islamabad by these drones as claimed by Afghan regime.
MOIB added that suspension of operation at Islamabad airport in the evening on Friday for a short time was also due to the use of anti drones devices by Pakistan ‘s security forces.

MOIB added that like the past Afghan regime’s claims on Friday regarding hitting of its drones targets in Pakistan were false and unfounded. It maintained that Afghan regime has lost credibility by making false claims time and against regarding Pakistan’s successful operation Ghazab ul Haq.
Pakistan had launched its operation Ghazabul Haq to target terror organisations in Afghanistan three weeks ago and it has remained a great success to eliminate terrorist networks in Afghanistan ..
