Islamabad : February 2 , 2024 : Amidst growing incidents of terror attacks, Pakistan is pushing up its plan to go for vote on February ,8 , 2024 . Its Election Commission on Friday completed another key phase of elections by dispatching election materials to the Returning Officers (ROs) across Pakistan.
To meet the security challenge , Pakistan’s Election Commission has put on high alert swift response units of the law enforcing agencies to make sure that the election materials reached to each and every RO without any problem . Pakistan’s Election Commission and other security related departments are underrated from the terrorists activities and are committed to hold elections 2024 on February 8. Pakistan is faced with a multifaceted challenge for holding elections on scheduled date –February 8,2024. On one hand , anti Pakistan forces have increased their terror related activities across Pakistan and on the other its political temperature is soaring high and high on the daily rather hourly basis.
When this scribe is reporting this information at 10.30 PM , the local electronic media started to flash an incident of a terrorist attack on ECP office in Karachi. Although , luckily there was no loss of lives in the last terror act , however the incident is another proof that anti Pakistan forces are on their plan to stop Pakistan from going to general elections on February 8, 2024.
