Islamabad : Dec 14: Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) Central Secretary Information , Ghulam Mustafa Malik has said Pakistan wants trade with US and Europe and not aid . PML-Q Central Secretary Information made these remarks during a meeting with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of World Dialogue Forum , poet and journalist , Ghazanfar Hashmi who met him here .
The meeting covered vast range of topics including Pak-US relations, business development between Pakistan and US and issues relating to Pakistani community living in the US. Mr Malik said Pakistan always wants trade with US and Europe and it does not want aid . He said overseas Pakistanis are a great asset of Pakistan and PML-Q always gives top priority to resolve issues confronted with overseas Pakistanis in any country across the globe. Mr Malik added that PML-Q was wooing Pakistani American to invest in Pakistan so that Pakistan’s economy could take its advantage to get required boost. He maintained that PML-Q organised a conference in April and US principal Deputy Secretary for South Asia State Department Ms Elizabeth attended the conference .
Mr Ghazanfar Hashmi noted that Pakistani Americans want to invest in Pakistan and they need facilities and protection to have a sense for protection of their investment.
