Riyadh: The 13th edition of the Pakistan International Property Expo (PIPEX) 2026, the largest Pakistani international real estate exhibition in Saudi Arabia, concluded successfully in Riyadh after a highly successful two-day event. The exhibition attracted a large number of Saudi nationals, members of the Pakistani community, investors, business leaders, and real estate professionals, reaffirming the growing confidence in Pakistan’s property sector.
The grand opening ceremony was inaugurated by Dr. Abdulaziz Fahad Al-Dakhil, Member of the Board of Directors of The Saudi Investment Bank, who attended as the Guest of Honor. The inauguration was also attended by distinguished dignitaries, exhibitors, prominent business leaders, and investors from both Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

During the two-day exhibition, 17 leading Pakistani real estate companies showcased their latest residential, commercial, and housing developments, offering visitors a comprehensive overview of Pakistan’s evolving property market. The event generated significant interest from Saudi investors, many of whom described Pakistan’s real estate sector as an emerging market with substantial long-term investment potential.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, PIPEX International Expo President Imran Khattak expressed his gratitude to all exhibitors, sponsors, strategic partners, participants, and supporters for contributing to the event’s overwhelming success.
