KARACHI . March 28,2023: Either , no change or slight downward trend is witnessed in local currency market as US dollar and other major curriences remained stable against the local currency today.
According to All Pakistan Currency Dealers Association (APCDA), US dollar shed against the rupee by Rs 0.10 and settled at Rs 283.40 against Rs Rs 283.50 (buying) rate of the last day and Rs 283.70 against Rs 284 selling in interbank.
In open market , US dollar showed downward trend with nominal margin. It rates in open market today is Rs 283 buying as it showed in change against the lastday’s rates . However , its selling rate increased by Rs 0.50 against the rupee and settled at Rs 286 against its last day’s rate.
Saudi Riyal rate today is Rs 75.20 buying and Rs 76 against the local currency . UAE Dirham rate today in the local currency market is Rs 77.20 buying and Rs 78 .
Euro rate today is Rs 304 buying and Rs 307 selling. Pound sterling is trading at Rs 346.50 buying and Rs 350 selling respectively.
AUD rate is Rs 286.50 buying and Rs 288.50 selling .
CAD rate today is Rs 206.50 buying and Rs 208.50 selling respectively.
Pakistan is undergoing a critical financial crisis and it’s causing fast fluctuation in the currency market.
There is very difficult to predict how the local currency market will behave in coming days of the week .
