ISLAMABAD . May 9,2023: The police on Tuesday arrested a number of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) women workers who turned to the streets to protest against arrest of their party chairman, Imran Khan.
The Islamabad police also arrested PTI women leader senator Seemi Ezdi from Islamabad along with other protesting PTI women workers.
Talking to NEWSMAN, PTI leader and senator , Seemi Ezdi said ” We have been arrested by Islamabad police for protesting against arrest of the party chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan”.
She said the state terrorism can not stop PTI workers from lodging protest against Imran Khan’s arrest.
Mrs Seemi Ezdi declared to resist the state terrorism launched to destroy PTI and keep its chairman Imran Khan out of politics.
