ISLAMABAD : Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) supremo and former prime minister, Mian Nawaz Sharif, has blamed Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) government of pushing Pakistan into troubled waters at home, besides isolating it internationally.
The PMLN top leader expressed these views in his meeting with a delegation of Jamiat Ahle Hadees which called on him in London . Jamiat e Ahle Hadees , chief senator, Sajid Mir , led the delegation.
According to some local media reports , PMLN supremo told the Jamiat e Ahle Hadees delegation that Pakistan was today facing the worst ever period of its 75 years history due to incompetent rule of PTI spanning over around quarter to four years . He said the coalition government was making its best efforts to offset the looming economic crisis of Pakistan . He added that the coalition partners of Shahbaz Sharif government have decided to take tough decisions to avoid more loss to the national economy . He told the delegation that the incumbent coalition government will take all important decisions after consulting with its partners . The former prime minister showed firm determination to pull Pakistan out of the current economic crisis.
The PMLN supremo also gave his views on possible PTI long march on Islamabad and hoped that Imran Khan will not create law and order in the country in the name of long march . He said the coalition partners will deal with the PTI possible long march as per law as its prime duty of the sitting government to protect lives and property of the people of Pakistan . He said the coalition partners will decide future line of action with consultation . He claimed that none of the political forces can cope with the monstrous challenges confronted Pakistan in the current political and economic situation .
