ISLAMABAD : Nov 3,2022: Pakistan fell into a serious chaos after firing on Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) long march in Wazirabad on Thursday.
The PTI workers and supporters poured out into the streets of all major cities across Pakistan including Islamabad/ Rawalpindi , Lahore , Karachi , Dera Ismail Khan, Wazirabad , Gujranwala Faisalabad to protest against assassination attempt on Imran Khan life and other party leaders.
The protesters blocked the major roads of the cities and burnt tyres to express their anger over firing on PTI long march in Wazirabad that left Imran Khan and 10 other injured.
The police used tear gas and baton charged the protestors in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi to disperse the charged mobs.
In Peshawar ,the protestors became violent and they damaged public properties and vehicles .
A video made viral on social video shows the protestors riding on public vehicles and toaching them on main busy road in Peshawar .
Meanwhile , there are reports of mob attack on residence of Rana Sanaullah in Faisalabad . The mob damaged some parts of the residence of Rana Sanaullah .
The protest may continue as top PTI leadership is meeting in Lahore to chalk out a strategy to encash assassination attempt on Imran Khan and other senior party leadership .soon after Wazirabad attack PTI backed social created a storm on the social media platforms. Its social media wing posted blood stained pictures claiming they were taken from the crime scenes . In more than one pictures , PTI social media mixed up fake news with pics taken of some PTI leaders who received bullets in firing.
PTI media crossed all limits of decency even morality to exploit the firing on long march and make it an opportunity for political gains.
