ISLAMABAD: Four Terrorists have been killed in anti-terrorist operation carried out by security forces in Sarwakai area of South Waziristan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), intelligence-based operation was conducted on reported presence of Khwarij in the area.
During the raid, security forces effectively engaged the terrorists’ location, killing four terrorists and killed four terrorists as result.
A sanitization operation is currently underway to eliminate any remaining Khwarij in the area. The Pakistani security forces remain committed to eradicating terrorism from the country.
PM Lauds Forces for Successful Operation
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif lauded the bravery and dedication of the security forces for their successful operation.
In his statement on operation, he reaffirmed the government commitment to wipe out the menace of terrorism.
Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that the entire nation stands united with the security forces in this ongoing fight against terrorism.
