Peshawar – The Provincial Management Service (PMS) Association has announced the martyrdom of Shah Wali Khan, Assistant Commissioner Miran Shah, who was killed in a terrorist attack in North Waziristan on Tuesday.Two security personnel assigned to his detail were also martyred in the assault.
Shah Wali Khan, born on March 10, 1990, was widely regarded as one of the most dedicated officers in the Provincial Management Service of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.According to the PMS Association, he was known for his “exceptional dedication, unyielding integrity and unshakeable commitment to public service.”
In a statement, the Association expressed profound sorrow over the loss, calling it a “great tragedy for the PMS fraternity and for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.” The organization extended its condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.
“We stand in solidarity with the family during this hour of grief and share their pain and loss,” the statement read. It added that Shah Wali’s martyrdom exemplified his unwavering courage and dedication to his duties.“His sacrifice will not go in vain, and he will be remembered as a shining example of bravery and selflessness.”
The PMS Association also prayed that Allah grant the martyred officer the highest ranks in Jannah and provide strength and patience to his family.
The press release was signed by Noman Wazir, Chairman of the PMS Association, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and copies were forwarded to senior provincial government officials, including the Chief Secretary and the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
