ISLAMABAD: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has successfully facilitated the resolution of a decade-long matter concerning reimbursement of the feasibility study cost of the 135 MW Taunsa Hydropower Project in Punjab, further demonstrating its effectiveness as a high-level facilitation platform for international investors.

China Three Gorges South Asia Investment Ltd. (CSAIL) has conveyed its profound appreciation and sincere gratitude to SIFC for its exceptional support and facilitation in successfully resolving the long-pending matter.

CSAIL, in its letter of appreciation, acknowledged SIFC’s proactive engagement and effective coordination among the concerned federal and provincial stakeholders, which gave renewed momentum to the longstanding issue and helped bring it to a successful conclusion.
