Pakistan mourns APS tragedy, condemns terrorism

THATHA: Pakistan on Thursday mourned killing of innocent school children of Army Public School (APS), Peshawar by terrorists .

Prime minister, Imran Khan, said the terrorist attack on APS enhanced courage of Pakistani nation to fight terror with more power and take the fight against terrorists to the logical conclusion.
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) chief, Shahbaz Sharif, in his statement on APS tragedy said it will always be remembered as a painful day by the Pakistani nation.
Pakistan People Party (PPP) supremo and former president, Asif Ali Zardari said the terrorists are real enemy of Pakistan and the nation will keep fighting this monster till its defeat. He said talks with terrorists would weaken the state of Pakistan.
Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pukhtunkhaw KPK , Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJk), Gilgit Baltistan also hrld rallies to condemn APS tragedy.
In many parts of Sindh rallies were held to remember innocent victims of APS terror attack in Peshawar. In this connection ceremonies were held in Thatha. The rallies and special gatherings were also held in Karachi and other major cities of Sindh. Addressing the participants of the rallies, the speakers strongly condemned killing of APS students by terrorists. The speakers expressed solidarity with the familes of the victims .
Rich tribute was paid to the martyrs of Army Public School (APS) tragedy in different cities of Thatta district including Mukli, Gharo and Dhabeji. The seminars and rallies were organised at different schools, colleges and madrassas of Mukli, Gharo and Dhabeji. Quran recitation was also organized on this occasion. A rally was organized by various non- governmental organisation(NGOs) including F. which was led by ADC Thatta Riaz Leghari and Deputy Director Social Welfare Khuda Bakhsh Behrani. The ceremony was held at Dhabeji under the chairmanship of Press Club President Maqsood Ahmed Jokhio. The participants paid homage to APS by lighting candles. Deshani, Gusta Leader Master Murad Nahio, Journalist Saif-ul-Muluk Shah, Amin Farooqi, Shahid Samoon, Mushtaq Bhanmbhro, Fateh Murree and others were present. The ceremonies in this connections were held at different schools where students and teachers paid homage to the martyrs of APS. The speakers who said APS Peshawar tragedy was very painful in which innocent children were targetted for terrorism. Terrorists had attacked APS Peshawar and killed 150 persons including 134 students.
