THATHA: Following arrest of Haleem Adil Shaikh, PTI central leader and opposition leader in Sindh assembly , Thatha police on Thursday night raided at Brohi House here and arrested Rais Allah Bux Brohi, ailing elderly father of PTI president of Thatha district, Rais Arslan Brohi.
The local police had raided at Brohi House to arrest PTI district president , Rais Arslan Brohi.
On knowing that Rais Arslan Brohi was not at home, the local police arrested his father and one another person. The police shifted the arrested persons to Karachi.
The Brohi family condemned police raid at its residence and demanded immediate release of ailing father of Rais Arslan Brohi.
The PTI workers have expressed concern over these arrests and demanded of Sindh government to refrain from indulging into such acts to create panic among PTI workers in Sindh.
Sindh- Brohi alliance is also worried about police raids at Brohi House in Thatha. It termed the police raid at Brohi House as an insult to Brohi tribe. The alliance demanded release of Rais Allah Bux Brohi and his accomplice without any delay.
