Thatha: Sindhiani Tehreek has set up a new unit at Somro House here. Maryam Gopang and Parah Somro presided over the meeting convened here on Friday.
Hoorun Nisa Mirani was elected as president and Areej Somro as general secretary for the new unit. Other elected office bearers of the new unit included Zahida Nawaz Somro (Secretary Information) and Zaibun Nisa Khoro (Treasurer). The elected members included Zahida Gopang, Shahida Chandio , Waziran Mirani, Feroza Mirani and Parah Somro.
Addressing the participants of the meeting, central leader of Sindhiani Tehreek, Maryam Gopang, said the women of Sindhiani Tehreek are frontline soldiers for protection of rights of SIndh and they will fight for the rights of the people of Sindh. She said Sindhi have the sole right on the resources of Sindh. She said the women of Sindhiani Tehreek will participate in Save Malir movement. She said the office bearers of the SIndhiani Tehreek have been given responsibilities to make Save Malir movement a success in a big way.
