ISLAMABAD — The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has served a notice to the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) regarding Imran Khan’s bail plea in the Toshakhana-II case.
The notice comes after a special central judge rejected Khan’s bail application, while his wife, Bushra Bibi, was granted bail in the same matter.
The court has adjourned the case for an indefinite period, with the registrar tasked with scheduling future hearings.

In a related development, the FIA has challenged Bushra Bibi’s bail in the Supreme Court, arguing that it was granted in a judge’s chamber and violates Supreme Court guidelines. The FIA claims she was involved in the case alongside her husband, Imran Khan.
Earlier, the IHC granted Bushra Bibi post-arrest bail against a surety of Rs1 million, instructing authorities to release the former first lady immediately.
