Islamabad : Jan 5, 2024 : The Kakbar government is making fun of the rule of law in the case of director general Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) appoint of issue. The ministry of Interior reserved its notification on the subject in 24 hours.
T he Interior ministry issued a formal notificatgion on January 4, 2024 which said the competent authority has assigned look after charge of FIA director general to its additional director general Asif Saifullh Paracha a 21-grade officer.
Just after one day on January 5 reversed its earlier notification and issued another one on January 5. 2024 which said the notification of ministry of Interior for assigning the look after charge of DG FIA has been cancelled.
One fails to understand as to why the government was taken decisions in haste or its reversing tis decisions under one in the case of appointment of DG FIA on the desire of some one.
Reversing decisions like one of DG FIA appointment speaks of poor governance in caretaker regime.
Such decisions are enough to give a bad signal to the bureaucracy as it always send it bad message .
