ISLAMABAD : Prime minister , Imran Khan , addressed to the nation on Thursday evening and resolved not to budge down, saying he would fight against what he called bunch of stooges till the last ball.
“I was asked by “someone” to resign, but I will fight till the last ball”, Imran Khan declared while giving a clear message to all including “someone” that he was not going to budge down come what may.
Prime minister , Imran Khan, seems convinced that despite losing number game he was going to win mireculously on the day of voting on no confidence motion moved by grand opposition against him.
The national assembly is voting on no confidence motion on April 3 (Sunday).
The prime minister had deferred his address to the nations more than once during the last 24 hours . Meanwhile , the army chief, Qamar Javed Bajwa, had held lengthy meeting with the prime minister which created an impression in the public that perhaps some new understanding may reach among all the parties for some amicable solution to the on-going political crisis. The prime minister’s harsh attitude and aggressive tone during his address to the nation dispelled this impression of reaching the parties to some quick and amicable solution to avert further division in the society as a result of any possible out come of no confidence motion . The prime minister ‘s address to the nation on Thursday and his reference of someone who asked him to resign is a clear indication that he could go to any length to stay in power . The prime minister once again had even harsher verbal attack on A country that hurled a threat on him and warned of bad times for Pakistan if no confidence motion against him failed . The prime minister is on do and die game . He is continuously inciting the public of identifying its traitors and never forget them if he was outnumbered in the voting on no confidence. He once again said A country officially and in writing threatened Pakistan for his visit to Russia on the eve of Russia’s attack on Ukraine . Imran Khan claimed that he visited Russia after proper consultations with all the stakeholders .
