ISLAMABAD:- In compliance of the Federal Cabinet decision on right-sizing in federal government institutions, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has abolished 19 posts including Assistant Director Audit of Grade 18 in Pakistan Customs Service from grades 10 to 18.
According to the notification issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the posts in 29 different field offices of the Pakistan Customs have been abolished.
The FBR has abolished 19 posts of grade 18 from different field offices of the Pakistan Customs. The posts of Assistant Director Audit (PBS 18) in the Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation-Customs,
Karachi, two posts of Assistant Director Audit (PBS 18) in the Directorate of Internal Audit-North (Customs), Islamabad, six post of Assistant Director Audit (PBS 18) of the Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (Central),
Lahore, one post of Assistant Director Audit (Grade 18) in the Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (North), Islamabad, eight posts of Assistant Director Audit (Grade 18) in the Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (South),
Karachi Assistant Director-Audit and on post of instructor business procedure of the Customs Enforcement School (CBS),Peshawar has been abolished.
Nine posts of grade 17 in different sub offices including instructor, Statistical/Research Officer have been also abolished. 13 posts of Deputy Superintendent in Collectorate of Customs Appraisal West Karachi have been permanently abolished.
Six posts of Assistant Director in Directorate of Post Clearance will not be re-recruited Eight posts in Directorate of Post Clearance Karachi and one post in Islamabad have been abolished is
8 posts of Office Deputy Superintendent in the Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (PMBQ) Karachi have been abolished.
In Directorate of Cross Bard Currency Smuggling Assistant Private Secretary has been abolished in Pakistan Customs the posts of Instructors, Statistical Research Officers have been abolished.
Five posts of the Office Deputy Superintendents in the Directorate General of Customs Valuation, Karachi, four posts of Deputy Assistant Chemical Examiner in the Collectorate of Customs Appraisement (West), Customs House, Karachi has been aloshed.
According to FBR, the vacant posts of Deputy Assistant Chemicals Examiner, Assistant Private Secretary and the vacant posts of Assistant and Office Deputy Superintendent have also been permanently abolished.
Directorate of Reforms and Automation Karachi has abolished three posts of Grade 10 and three posts of Office Deputy Superintendent have also been declared dying cadre posts.
